The time for celebration has truly arrived!!!

Iam a fan of international sporting events, which are always marked with flags, champions of different nationalities, a carnival atmosphere, interesting facts about the host cities, decisive moments and record-breaking achievments.

Sadly, from the bottom of my heart (ceilah..hehehe), when watching the SEA Games’ broadcasts, I tend to keep the volume low, not because of the noisy, chanting crowds, but the commentators who ruin my mood with their REPETITIVE (yes, capslock mode : ON) lines of, “WE’RE HOPING THAT INDONESIA CAN WIN THIS MATCH”

first       OK

second  stil OK

third time they say it over and over agaaain,

PLEASEEE…. #kemudianhening #tepokjidat

Often they are clueless about what else to say, although you could launch a thousand comments during a match about, for instance, the players’ tactics, the history of past meetings, trivia about the venue or about the players or, the most important thing, how the match is unfolding. YAP!!

yaudah lah yaaa hehehe :)

Okay lets discuss about INDONESIA vs MALAYSIA footballs match last night,

Malaysia managed to conquer Indonesia in the 2011 SEA Games match the top branch of football at the Bung Karno stadium . The match must be completed by a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw position persisted until the second half of extra time ended.

And here the drama led to Malaysia came out as champions, while retaining their title. Two kicker Indonesia, namely Gunawan and Ferdinand Sinaga, failed netted the ball. While in Malaysia only Fakri Saarani camp failed.

As you can see this picture : Malaysian players rouse excitement after a win on penalties over Indonesia, 5-4 (1-1), in the final SEA Games football XXVI/2011 at Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta, Monday (21/11).

Let it be ya ceman-ceman heheheheh..ikhlaskan sajaaa :)

nah kalo yang ini i think it’s like more Srikandi Indonesia became a winner in Sea Games, so touching see the picture.

Indonesia injured karateka Tantri Widyasari (left, on wheelchair), along with her fellow athletes (don’t know the name), walk a victory lap after clinching the gold medal in the women’s kumite team event at Senayan Indoor Tenis stadium on Monday last week. She was injured in the team’s 2-1 victory over Malaysia in the finals.

Screams of joy erupted throught the nation when the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) announced on Sunday that Indonesia had secured its place as the overall medals champion at this year’s SEA Games, having won more than 25% of all gold medals on offer.

Yes i think, unexpected defeats and technicals problems aside, this is truly a celebration, as the 14 years (if i’m not wrong) of waiting since the las time Indonesia clinched the title has finally come to an end

So, come guys, HOIST the RED-AND-WHITE FLAGS, SING the ANTHEMS of VICTORY, LIGHT the FIREWORKS, SOUND the BELLS ang just SHOUT OUT your HEARTS OUT.

Congratulations, Indonesia you did it well :)

The time for celebration has truly arrived.
